Shipping:

How long will my order take to process?

Once you place your order, please allow 1- 3 business days for your order to process for shipment. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link that contains your order’s up-to-date location status. Your tracking link can also be found on your account page under the “My Orders” tab. In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience stockouts, which can cause longer delays in order processing times. Additionally, during promotions and the holiday season, shipments may be slightly delayed due to higher than normal order volumes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination. We offer 2-Day express shipping for both UPS and FedEx in the US for additional fees as well.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer USPS Priority Mail.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards... What currencies do you accept? Alevai accepts USD in the US. All subscription orders will be made in USD.

Do you accept Paypal?

We do accept PayPal for orders in USD ! Please double check that your PayPal account is linked to a credit card, debit card, or bank account. We currently do not accept PayPal balances at this time.

How long will my refund take to process?

When we submit a refund for you, that refund is processed immediately on our end. Depending on your bank and the payment method used, the time that it can take for the amount to be reflected back onto your payment method.
